When you place an order to buy something from Live Cosmo you are making an offer to purchase the voucher(s)/coupon(s) that you have selected on the following terms and conditions:

1. All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars.
2. The Voucher(s) / Coupon(s) you purchase through Live Cosmo is redeemable for goods or services by the merchant(s) / vendor(s) / service provider(s) / restaurant(s).
3. The merchant(s)/vendor(s)/service provider(s) / restaurant(s), not Live Cosmo, is the seller of the Voucher(s) / coupon(s) and the goods and services and is solely responsible for redeeming any Voucher(s) / coupon(s) you purchase.
4. Live Cosmo sells a Voucher/coupon that can be redeemed in connection with your purchase of the goods or services from merchant(s)/vendor(s) / service provider(s) / restaurant(s).
5. Voucher(s) / coupon(s) cannot be combined with any other voucher(s) / coupon(s), third party certificates, coupons, or promotions, unless otherwise specified by merchant(s)/vendor(s) / service provider(s) / restaurant(s) on the voucher(s) / coupon(s).
6. Reproduction of the voucher(s) / coupon(s) is strictly prohibited.
7. The sale or trade of voucher(s) / coupon(s) may be restricted in accordance with the merchant(s)/vendor(s) / service provider(s) / restaurant(s) own policies and terms of redemption.
8. Voucher(s) / coupon(s) can be redeemed at any time prior to their expiry date, or as otherwise agreed to by the merchant(s)/vendor(s) / service provider(s) / restaurant(s).
9. Live Cosmo is not responsible for any and all injuries, illnesses, damages, claims, liabilities and costs suffered by or in respect of a customer, caused in whole or in part by a participating merchant(s) / vendor(s) / service provider(s) / restaurant(s).
10. It is at the sole discretion of the merchant(s) / vendor(s) / service provider(s) / restaurant(s) to provide a credit or cash refund in the event the full face value of the voucher(s) / coupon(s) is not used at the time of redemption.

Any special terms specific to, and noted on the voucher(s) / coupon(s) purchased, will also apply and will supersede any conflict with the above noted standard terms of sale.

We want all Live Cosmo-ers to feel comfortable making purchases with us. We value your relationship and understand that sometimes situations come up where clients may have made a purchase in error by left clicking when you meant to right click, or perhaps you did not have an opportunity to redeem your voucher / coupon before the indicated expiry date because you won a trip somewhere…whatever the reason is we have you covered.

When you make a purchase in error on our site just simply let us know at (refund@livecosmo.com) within 5 business days of your purchase and we will refund your account – No questions asked. If you were not able to redeem your voucher prior to the expirations date – No Problem! Send us a request in writing to (refund@livecosmo.com) within 7 business days of the voucher expiry date and we will ensure you get your money back by way of a credit in your Live Cosmo account to apply towards a future purchase. All refunds will reflect the amount paid by you, not the value of the coupon/voucher.
