Once you buy a deal, you will be sent an email confirmation with details of your purchase and instructions on how to access your voucher by logging into your account.
Live Cosmo's partner company, "Nimble Commerce", will show up on your credit card statement. Together Live Cosmo and Nimble Commerce work together to bring you all the great deals, giveaways and contests.

When you buy a voucher, just choose the gift option when buying the deal. You will input the email address of the recipient. Then, an email will be sent to the recipient, with all the instructions they need to claim their gift. They will be required to register with Live Cosmo to redeem the gifted voucher.
First, you should sign up to receive our FREE Daily Deal emails. These emails will let you know about the new deals that are available to you each day. When you find a deal that you want to purchase, simply click the "Buy" link and proceed through the purchase process.
Each daily deal is different review the details of the daily deal offer which will indicate if it has an expiry date. Most of our deals have an expiration date (which you will see on the deal page before you buy it - and on the voucher when you print it out).

If you lose a voucher, or your dog eats it, you can always print it again as long as it hasn't been redeemed. Just log into your account at www.livecosmo.com.

There are many ways that a referral can nullify your link. Clearing their web browser cache, using a different browser, or using a different computer to name a few. We are not responsible for these circumstances, and cannot adjust referral credits/payments as it is system generated and tracked and we do not control how a user enters our domain to make a purchase. They are calculated automatically by the site when a new user purchases for the first time after using your unique referral link. Referrals must use your unique link for your to receive credit or payment.
Yes. There are rules or limitations that apply to all vouchers sold. Any and all limitations will be noted on the voucher so you know exactly what you are buying.
Vouchers can be presented to the vendor within 24hrs of the deal. When you buy a deal your credit card will be pre-authorized and charged once the deal ends. Once all the processing takes place inside of 24hrs you will be able to log in and print your voucher.
Yes. You may buy multiples as gifts, but only to the limitation stipulated on a per person basis. In case of a limitation of one per person, you could buy one voucher for each friend, but only one. In the case of a higher limitation, the same rule applies - for example, if the limitation was three per person, you could buy up to three for each of one or more friends.
We ask that you respect the vendor's request and not buy higher multiples for yourself than the vendor is prepared to accept. Be aware that a vendor does have the right to refuse service to those who try to circumvent this rule. Of course if a dispute arises and our records indicate you purchased more than the limit for yourself or over the limit for any friend, you do so at your own risk of not having them honored by the vendor and we will not be able to assist you in solving this dispute. To avoid these issues please buy by the rules.
No, unless otherwise stated, you can use only one voucher for 1 - 3 people per visit, 2 vouchers 4 - 5 people, and 3 vouchers for 6 or more.
Gratuities are entirely up to you but we know all Live Cosmo-ers will reward good service and recommend that you to tip on the (full value) of the service that was provided.
This may vary depending on the regulations in your area but in most cases would be applied to the pre-discounted amount of the bill, for example a $100 service bought for $40 would be taxed on the $100 (Applicable when voucher states taxes are not included)
